Graphic Designer
Are you a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with a passion for fashion, branding, and digital commerce?
We’re looking for a talented designer who can help bring the visual identity of Layla & Levy Sydney to life across our website, advertising, email marketing, and social media.
Responsibilities
- Create engaging website banners, campaign visuals, and digital assets.
- Prepare and optimise product imagery for our online store.
- Design creative content for Meta advertising and social media.
- Develop visuals for email marketing campaigns and promotions.
- Maintain a consistent visual identity across all customer touchpoints.
- Work closely with our marketing and e-commerce team on new campaigns and concepts.
- Continuously look for ways to improve the visual customer experience.
Requirements
- Previous experience in graphic design, preferably within fashion, retail, or e-commerce.
- Strong knowledge of tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar platforms.
- Excellent attention to detail and a strong eye for composition and aesthetics.
- Ability to work independently and manage deadlines.
- Understanding of digital advertising and social media design is an advantage.
- A portfolio demonstrating relevant previous work.

Customer Experience & E-commerce Assistant
We’re also looking for customer-focused people who understand that excellent service is an essential part of a strong fashion brand.
As a Customer Experience & E-commerce Assistant, you’ll help customers throughout their shopping journey while supporting the day-to-day operation of our online store.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with questions about products, sizing, orders, delivery, and returns.
- Provide friendly and professional support through email and other digital communication channels.
- Help customers choose products and find the right size or fit.
- Follow up on customer enquiries and ensure issues are handled efficiently.
- Support order administration and general e-commerce activities.
- Identify recurring customer questions and help improve our customer experience.
- Work together with the wider team to maintain a high standard of service.
Requirements
- Strong written communication skills.
- Customer-focused and solution-oriented mindset.
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working with digital tools and online platforms.
- Previous experience in customer service, fashion, retail, or e-commerce is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently while remaining part of a collaborative team.
