  • Estimated Shipping Time: 3–7 business days (depending on destination)

  • All orders are shipped directly from our supplier in China to ensure fast and efficient delivery.

Please note that during busy periods or due to customs delays, shipping times may vary.
We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, or force majeure.

5. Returns and Cancellations

Cancellations are only accepted before an order has been processed or shipped. Once the product is in transit, the return policy applies.

Layla & Levy Sydney is not liable for loss, theft, or damage of parcels once the tracking information confirms delivery to the address provided by the customer.

Any delivery issues arising from incorrect addresses are at the customer’s expense.
