At Layla & Levy Sydney, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction with every order.
If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible to return your item under the conditions outlined below.
Please read this Return Policy carefully before initiating a return.


1. Conditions for Returns

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • You may only submit a return request after physically receiving your order.

  • Return shipping costs — including any international shipping or customs fees — are entirely the responsibility of the customer.

  • Returned items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

  • Trying on an item is allowed, but wearing it beyond fitting purposes is strictly prohibited.

  • Bulk or multiple-size orders placed with the intent to return part of the purchase are not accepted.

Layla & Levy Sydney reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.


2. Return Process

To ensure a smooth return process, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at info@laylalevysydney.com within 30 days of receiving your order to request a return.

  2. You will receive the return address of our fulfillment partner located in China.

  3. Ship the product back at your own expense, including any applicable customs duties or shipping fees.

  4. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method to avoid lost packages.

Please note that we cannot process returns that are sent without prior authorization.


3. Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, and the product is approved for return, a refund will be issued within 30 business days using your original payment method.
Refunds will cover only the cost of the product and exclude any shipping or handling fees.


4. Liability

  • Layla & Levy Sydney is not responsible for lost or missing parcels once the tracking information confirms delivery to the address provided by the customer.

  • If an incorrect shipping address was provided during checkout, this remains the customer’s responsibility.

  • Any address errors or changes must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.
